Slow Flow Yoga with Rachel

In Slow Flow we will build heat gently by creating a slow, grounded sequence. We will build heat with longer holds and move through a series of poses to build strength in a centered way. Even though we will be moving slowly, you can expect a strong, heat building class, with restorative poses, a long cool down and an equally longer savasana.

Meditation with Rachel

The meditation class incorporates breath work and is semi- guided with 20-30 minutes of silence. You will have the opportunity to connect with your higher self and receive any healing and information that you need. It is very powerful to share space and raise your frequency with others, because when we sit in silence as a group, we are oftentimes able to access higher energies. This is one way to heal yourself and to also offer powerful healing to the collective.

Wednesdays 7 - 8pm

Moon Village

This is a powerful and potent women’s circle centered around the cycles of the moon, astrology and the seasons. Together we will share, dance and shed as we set intentions for each month to shift the energy of our planet. We will remove limitations and old constructs to unite and remember who we are, as women, to connect through our similarities in ceremony. The ceremony will always include gentle movement, pranayama, journaling, shares, and snacks.
